General Refund Guidelines
- Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds are available for projects where the scope of work has not been initiated or if the service delivered is demonstrably different from the agreed-upon requirements.
- A request for a refund must be made within 7 days of the service delivery date.
- Non-Refundable Scenarios:
- Services already approved by the client.
- Change of mind after project completion.
- Delays are caused by the client’s lack of communication, incomplete information, or failure to provide required resources on time.
- Partial Refunds:
- If the project is partially completed and the client requests a cancellation, a prorated refund may be issued based on the work completed.
Service-Specific Refund Terms
- Web Development:
- Refunds are only applicable if development work has not commenced or if the deliverables deviate significantly from the project specifications.
- Graphic Design:
- Initial design concepts are non-refundable.
- Refunds may be considered for design revisions not exceeding 3 iterations and only when Train Techies fails to meet agreed-upon design standards.
- Video Editing:
- Refunds are not applicable once the final video files have been delivered and approved.
- If discrepancies are identified in the delivered content, a revision will be offered before considering a refund.
- Content Writing:
- Refunds will not be processed for content that has been accepted or used.
- If the content delivered does not meet the agreed brief, Train Techies will provide revisions before discussing a refund.

- Reason for the refund request.
