General Refund Guidelines

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:
    • Refunds are available for projects where the scope of work has not been initiated or if the service delivered is demonstrably different from the agreed-upon requirements.
    • A request for a refund must be made within 7 days of the service delivery date.
  2. Non-Refundable Scenarios:
    • Services already approved by the client.
    • Change of mind after project completion.
    • Delays are caused by the client’s lack of communication, incomplete information, or failure to provide required resources on time.
  3. Partial Refunds:
    • If the project is partially completed and the client requests a cancellation, a prorated refund may be issued based on the work completed.

Service-Specific Refund Terms

  1. Web Development:
    • Refunds are only applicable if development work has not commenced or if the deliverables deviate significantly from the project specifications.
  2. Graphic Design:
    • Initial design concepts are non-refundable.
    • Refunds may be considered for design revisions not exceeding 3 iterations and only when Train Techies fails to meet agreed-upon design standards.
  3. Video Editing:
    • Refunds are not applicable once the final video files have been delivered and approved.
    • If discrepancies are identified in the delivered content, a revision will be offered before considering a refund.
  4. Content Writing:
    • Refunds will not be processed for content that has been accepted or used.
    • If the content delivered does not meet the agreed brief, Train Techies will provide revisions before discussing a refund.

Refund Process

  1. How to Request a Refund:
    • Submit your refund request via email at traintechies.com@gmail.com with the following details:
      • Project name or invoice number.
      • Reason for the refund request.
      • Supporting documentation or evidence (if applicable).
  2. Processing Time:
    • Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 7-14 business days.
    • Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
  3. Resolution Options:
    • In cases where a refund is not feasible, we may offer alternate resolutions such as additional revisions or service credits.
